The reason why I asked it, because the session between the Google Reader and the extension isn't shared always.
When you start the browser and you are not logged in, the extension tries to log in to be able to download your feed data, but that doesn't mean, that you will be logged in when you open the browser.
When you log in from the browser, the extension will use that session, until you log out (logout button on the google reader page). After you logged out from there, the extension still tries to log in, to be able to download the feeds.
So, I'm asking again: from your point of view, what would you expect from the extension when you pressed the 'log out' button of the extension?

Yes,
What would be the expected behaviour from the extension after you logged out? Stop to check for unread feeds?
